MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.-VeriSign Inc. reported a strategic alliance with WorldCell, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, RSB Limited L.L.C., to offer wireless carriers the ability to extend CDMA and TDMA international roaming coverage to GSM networks using VeriSign's Interstandard Roaming service. The service was introduced to the Pan-American Roaming Consortium throughout Latin America.
