Roaming the world

WorldCell, a Silver Spring-based provider of international cellular service, has formed the WorldCell Roaming Service Bureau Limited, giving wireless operators and their subscribers the ability to use mobile phones and their existing phone numbers anywhere in the world, irrespective of the technology used by their home network.
