Silver Spring, Maryland, March 23, 2006 – WorldCell, Inc., a leading provider of managed services for global voice and data wireless communications, announced today that it has acquired Mobile-Mind, Inc, internationally recognized developer of SIM and smart card technologies.  Financial terms were not disclosed. 

“Mobile-Mind has played a unique and important role in the development and evolution of SIM and smart card technology,” said S. Blake Swensrud, WorldCell’s Chief Executive Officer.  “Their products, capabilities, strong intellectual property, and leadership in standards development are critically important additions to WorldCell’s current capabilities, and will enable us to continue to push the envelope for global managed wireless services.  SIM applications development is a critical factor in delivering to customers the advanced wireless services they are demanding.”

WorldCell and Mobile-Mind intend to begin demonstrating advanced mobile applications to select customers in the second quarter.
